Antique silver theca case 1,5 inches wide (4cm) with hanging hook which contains a relic of Saint Lambert (636-705) Bishop of Maastricht Tongres and Martyr during the Merovigian period.Oval silver case, the interior compartment is under glass on a red cloth background. The relic is placed in a brown cloth beehive type envelope with holes under the hand written ink name label which reads " S.Lambert ". The back case cover is missing but the red string seals are intact with the official red wax Church seal with Bishop's coat of arms stem to certify the authenticity of the relic.
