Description: Antique Simon and Halbig 1009 Bisque Head Doll with gorgeous Blue eyes. Eyes are set eyes. Lovely spiral blue eyes. Bisque head has no cracks chips or repairs. There are some kiln flecks in her face that you can observe in the photo. Her antique body has had repaint to the shoulder front of the torso and her lower legs and hands. There are darkened areas of finish as well as scuffs and discolouration to body caused by age. Her outfit is a wool dress with jacket and a one piece camisole and pantaloon combination. Her shoes and socks are antique. Her laces are ribbon replacements. Her lovely full antique mohair wig frames her face wonderfully. She has a plaster pate which is antique but probably a replacement. 16” without her wig. Slightly taller with wig and hat.
