Description: Antique Generator/Ringer Telephone Box. Solid oak box measures 8 1/4" long x 6" wide x 5 1/4" deep. Oak box was refinished with Satin MinWax Varnish and hand-polished with 0000 steel wool and paste-wax to a soft luster. Original leather carry handle. Back plate is stamped "1212" and edges have additional markings, one reads "825" the other is indecipherable. Felt pads protect bottom.
