Description: Antique Staffordshire Pearlware Widow of Zaraphath This Widow is pre-victorian and probably dates to the early 19th Century. Finely modeled and decorated, the bocage looks to have been removed. Beautifully detailed nicely painted, attributed to the Patriotic Group. Approx 9"H X 5"W. Documentation: Same mold shown in the Schkolne Staffordshire Book Volume 2, p. 174, Fig 90.35. Condition: Repair to sticks in widows hand, paint wear, bocage removed, tight hairline to front of base, chips to greenery.
