Description: Antique VanBergh Quadruple Plate Urn, Ashtray, Trinket bowl, Vessel - unknown what this was used for. I don't know if this was made this way, or if previous owner soldered pieces together to create this. Maybe a sugar and salt dip - maybe you can figure it out. The green disk is plastic and doesn't stay put, so it can be removed. Lots of tarnish and looks to have been cleaned many times, see pictures.
