Signs of wear are present on all parts of the stool. The metal claw feet are tarnished. The glass balls show signs of wear as well as some chips. See photos. There were two screws missing near the swivel part, we replaced them with regular modern screws. The stool does swivel up and down. See photos as they are part of the condition.
