Description: This delicate silk bodice dates to the 1890s and is best for design, pattern or study. Bands of brown silk velvet cross both the front and back with the front ones hooking to close the front, and are mirrored on the long sleeves. Pintucks on the shoulders with gathered sleeves at top. Ivory silk underlayer with striped stitching is shredding at top. Some pinholes on top of one shoulder, and some underarm discoloration. Displays well and has a great design. 34 bust and 24 waist.
