Description: antique Victorian cotton lace long white nightgown original Handmade ( very nicely done!) 19th c. Truly a step back in time! Beautifully detailed with hand crochet lace at the bodice that extends beyond the shoulders. Gathered below bodice. Medium weight cotton. 3/4 sleeves, also detailed with hand crocheted lace at the cuffs. Back snaps and hook and eye closure. Estate sale find. Original owners daughter estimated late 1800’s-very early 1900’s as age. No storage odor, no tears or holes. A few small spots at lower front, see photos for detail, otherwise in good shape for age and use. Nicely cared for! Clean, but will need pressing.
