Description: Gorgeous Antique 2 piece dress with a solid pink skirt with lace and a semi sheer pink floral rose print. This dress has beautiful lace and black ribbon details.I am not an expert on dating this type of item so please look carefully at the photos.I believe it is an original dress and not a newly made reproduction Some of the lace on the skirt portion looks to me as if it could be a little newer most appears to all be hand sewn on. Again, I am not an expert in dating this.My best guess is that this is Victorian. This is 2 pieces.There is gathering on each side of the hips as well as at the center back. I believe this is for the bustle type look.This is quite small as most ladies were at that time. This does have flaws and light stains as would be expected for something of its age but most aren't really noticeable as they are mostly hidden by folds or details that are on this dress. There are also some little holes in the lace in places.
