Description: Fabulous antique Victorian necklace with a book locket. Dates late 1890's. Chain is period as well. The clasp on the chain is not original but works perfect. Chain measures 12" inside opening. Gold filled. There is one dark spot on the locket and some discoloring on the inside. I have not tried to clean so it may polish nicely. The original patina is great. The locket hinge and closure is nice and tight.
