Description: This antique Victorian hand-painted fireplace coal scuttle is an original historic piece. Used to keep coal and/or ashes next to a fireplace or coal stove. It has a lot of intricate details and I’m sure the original owners were quite proud to display it in their home. Because of its age some of the painting has been lost to wear, however it also adds to its authenticity. It measures 22” high and 13” across.
