Antique Victorian Skirt / c1800s Point de Venice Lace Victorian Edwardian Skirt

Description: Fresh from a family estate in southern Minnesota-carefully stored in an attic trunk for many years. The woman is still living and she is 103 years old. Gorgeous antique Victorian skirt. This lovely gem is made of a sheer soft white organdy. Features beautiful embroidered flowers with a delicate Point de Venice lace trim along the base of the skirt. It closes in the back-with a tie and a couple eye hook closures. This may have been part of a set that would have layered over another base skirt. This skirt is in wonderful vintage condition -there may be some age related spots. I have not laundered this lovely skirt. MEASUREMENTS ~ waist 25" -side to side flat across and doubled- 34" length-base of the skirt *****Please note these measurements are taken on the outside of the garment.
