One side of the blade features their maker’s mark and hour glass logo, while the other side has the Registered Design no 221148 which was for 1892-3.The blades and forks are Silver Plated and have a pretty pattern to them. The tops of the blades have a small serrated area. The collars are Silver Plated and feature a Gothic L engraved on them.The handles are beautifully smooth Mother of Pearl.The set comes in a pretty, lined wooden canteen box from Rowell & Sons Silversmiths in Oxford. There is a lock but no key for the box.The knives measure 19.8cm in length (7 3/4 inches) and the forks measure 16cm in length (6 1/4 inches). $ $ $ ! ! !
