Description: Antique Vintage Meyer Pottery Texas Heavy Stoneware Cream Bowl Dog Dish 7.5" Hairline crack: see photos. Glaze covers the outside and inside, but the rim has a 1/2" border that is not glazed. The glaze drips on one side of the pot. The pot is 7.5" wide, 2 5/8" tall and its condition is consistent with light use and long-term storage. It weighs 2 pounds 13 ounces. I believe this is Meyer Pottery; it was purchased at a now-defunct antique store in Castroville, Texas, whose owners attributed it to Meyer Pottery, but it is not marked and I do not have any documentation to prove the item's makers.
