Description: Scarce pattern of 1890's stem as originally used on Sterling bicycles but could be used on other TOC bicycles which require a narrow stem. Hinge function allows you to use bars with grips that cannot be removed safely as is often the case. Hinge and pinch bolt in very good working condition.
