Please inspect all pictures provided, they show cosmetic condition accurately. This item was acquired from an estate and it has been in storage for a long, long time. It shows signs of age, again, see pictures. The gyro that keep the compass level works well. See short video. There's liquid in the compass but there's also what looks like.....looks like calcium build up. That's the best way to describe it. The compass does move but for some reason it does not point to true north. Perhaps that is because the liquid is low? I don't know. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
