I believe this may be a piece of garden fencing or a window guard but I am not positive. The condition is fair to poor or great depending how you look at it. There is generalized aging, rust and metal deterioration. There is a finial missing in the middle as shown. Fabulous look and patina. This would be a great item to add to a decor grouping to add height, texture and shape. Size - 35.5"L x 7.5"H x 1"W If you need your item shipped with a particular carrier let me know.
