Description: Fabulous antique WW1 hand made tissue silk apron featuring appliqued ribbon work roses/buds and violets, hand embroidered stems and leaves, sequinned embellishments and Valenciennes lace edging.The apron has a tissue silk waist tie which shows some shattering, as shown.Other than that there is a small age spot to the lace as shown.Measuring 38" total length, 12" across the front waist ~ the tie is approximately 52" long and is attached at each side of the back waist.
