Description: Hello, you are viewing my listing for an Antique Victorian French Color Paper Supplement To "The Young Ladies Journal" of Christmas 1887. This is #49 of the New Triple Paris Fashion Plates. This large paper supplement is framed inside of a lovely Gilded Frame with a glass front. The entire framed work weighs 11.2 pounds and measures 26" wide by 32" tall by 1 and 1/4" thick. The paper supplement measures 17" wide by 25 and 1/2" tall. The gilded frame does have some wear present as well as some chips on the top right corner. The glass is also broken in the top right hand corner. I have shown photographs of this. The paper plate does have some creases present as well as some minor tears. I have shown all of this in my photographs. This is a great piece of history for any serious fashion collector or admirer of the Victorian Dress. Please view all my photographs for further details. Please note all sales are final.
