Customer feedback has been great and I have listed a few comments, findings and observations below: 1. Immediate availability, eliminates wasted time trying to track down the hard to find OEM screws and washers. 2. Smaller diameter OEM washers come close to pulling through the square hole in the rack when tightened. See photo #2 for comparison of diameters (OEM washer is the upper, aftermarket is the lower). 3. The aftermarket washer will often sit slightly flatter and more flush than the OEM washers. See photo #3 for comparison (OEM washer is the upper, aftermarket is the lower).
