Description: APC SmartUPS RT 5000VA RM SUA5000RMT5U •••READ•••••with APC9630 SNMP card serial AS1921151568 Serial number expired, but brand new, got damaged in transit to us TECH NOTES: Tested with multimeter. Severe chassis damage, various dents and scuffs, entire chassis is skewed. One rbc panel broke off, front bezel will not attach due to chassis scew, interface works though. Top panels does not sit properly, missing some fixing screws. Unable to read a voltage off rear receptacles, likely do to some internal damage that broke the circuit. Rear breaker pushed in. Unit gave conflicting battery status indicators: when plugged in it tells me to install a battery cartridge, when on battery it displays a nearly full battery indicator. Unable to test batteries due to rear plug type. Serial number verified, accessories include: sliding rail kit, rack mount brackets, rail cleats, top panels and screws, front bezel, epo block, cage nuts, 4 pan head screws for rack mount brackets (missing additional 4), 4 pan head screws for rail clears (missing additional 4), 6 ornamental screws for securing ups to rack, serial cable, user guide, and software CDs. UPS wont turn on now, I hear the inverter clicking trying to kick on and the display flashes really quick and then shuts off, it does this in a loop until outlet power is cut off. Wont even show signs of power with just the battery plugged in.
