Description: Applied Biosystems GeneAmp PCR System 9700 N8050200 PE Perkin Elmer This unit powers on, heats up and I can get several different displays on the screen. It is in good cosmetic condition with just some minor scratches and scuffs. The cover on top, that slides over the block raises up on one side when it is in the closed position (see last 2 pictures). I can push it down to level but it springs back up. It seems to me to be an alignment issue but I don't know for sure.
