Description: Description: A crested china model of a WW1 trench lamp, featuring the crest of the town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight. This piece was produced by Arcadian China (the trademark used by Arkinstall & Sons, Stoke on Trent). This piece was made for "Barker's" in the Arcade, Cowes. Identifying Marks / Makers Marks: Marked underneath as shown in the photograph above. Age / date of manufacture: Arcadian china was manufactured between 1906 and 1930. Size: Measures 2 3/4" (7cm) tall. Condition: Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Some very light wear to the gilt decoration.
