Please make sure its your validator that doesn't work and not something else causing it to not work. If your not sure ask before buying this. This has been tested on our Bench Tester and has passed all test. Then we showed a video of 1 & 5's Being tested Through the Validator. As Seen in the one Picture it was wrapped up in plastic and sitting on a bench never used. This has New belts and is in Working condition. This may have marks , dings discoloring , chips and other imperfection from being on a shelf.
