This series of paintings featured imagery from Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. This particular painting was imagined from my travels through Arizona north of Flagstaff. I loved the random red rock formations against ominous sky and how it's possible to see the land for miles. None of my paintings are from particular places but rather imagined after experiencing them.
