(Quasar Mix) 4:07 AA Listen Up! (Pulsar Mix) 6:41 A.R.K. are, really, 4AD trippy shoegazers A.R. Kane having a crack at acid house. They had form here with M|A|R|R|S, their collaboration with Colourbox, which spawned a monster hit the year before with "Pump Up The Volume" and you can hear the same psychedelic blasts of guitar here. It's pretty good, though there's not a whole lot of difference between the two mixes. Sleeve better than VG+. Vinyl EX, lovely deep, clean sound. PLEASE NOTE: I do not "sight-test" records and list with comments like "vinyl looks to be in good condition". This is because a disc can look perfect but still have surface noise throughout (as I've found on too many occasions). All my records are played from start to finish on a fairly unforgiving Sansui deck fitted with an Ortofon cartridge and stylus.
