A treasury of graphic design elements that is still relevant 97 years after being published! It is, itself, beautifully designed and crafted. As you might be able to tell from all the photos I took, I think this book is chock full of beautiful features. Research online showed me that this has had multiple editions over the decades. But this original green flexi-binding is quite scarce - especially in its original box! This book was bought used and is in very good condition. I take good care of my books in my smoke-free environment. Notes on condition: binding: dark green flexible boards with gold stamped lettering and decoration on front board and spine; clean, no dents or marks; gold gilding to lettering and decoration remains only partially covering bottom decorative element on spine and is somewhat tarnished on elements on front board; vertical crease to spine interior pages: clean & crisp, no marks or tears; wonderful paper that has aged very nicely sewn binding: all pages secure box: includes lidded box; light rubbing at three corners; one vertical seam broken; slight chipping at edges of paper underlying bottom of box; Please see photos to get a sense of the great condition and remarkable contents.
