Signed and numbered 17/250 in pencil. Limited to 250 copies. Text at bottom reads:This historic building was constructed in 1763 and fourteen years later, during the Revolutionary War, served as a hospital for both sides during the Battle of the Brandywine. The opposing armies fought fiercely over the nearby countryside which today, tranquil once again, provides the Meetinghouse with its uniquely beautiful setting. DIMENSIONS: With mat: 15-3/4 inches x 12 inches ; Without mat: 14 inches x 10 inches. CONDITION: Very Good Plus condition. Never displayed. No fading or chips/tears, Hint of toning along right edge.
