It measures 10" x 7 1/2" and is 126 text pages plus 50 (i.e., the frontispiece plus 49 illustrations following the text), full-page, tipped-in, tissue-guarded, color illustrations by Arthur Rackham (e.g., please see the first four images below). The book is in Good-Very Good condition with some fading and edgewear to the binding (e.g., please see images #5 and #6 below), with a former-owner's illustrated bookplate on the front endpaper, and with some foxing to a few preliminary pages; somewhere along the line, the heavy stock on which the frontispiece is mounted has been rejoined to the spine. Forty-nine of the tipped in illustrations are in Fine condition with no creases or folds at the corners. The frontispiece has a 1/2" untaped tear at the top edge, and its tissue guard is almost completely detached.
