Asterix Omnibus Books Vol 1 2 3 Paperback TPB/Graphic Novel Goscinny Orion 2008

Description: For sale today is the huge Orion Publishing Group trade paperback (tpb)/graphic novel Asterix Omnibus Books 1, 2, and 3 by Rene Goscinny and Alberto Uderzo, published in 2008. It collects the first 3 volumes of the traditional trades. A triple feature with Asterix the Gaul (#1), Asterix and the Golden Sickle (#2), Asterix and the Goths (#3). I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in very good condition, with a solid spine, excellent inside pages (photo#12 examples), and minor levels of shelf-scuffing/scratching. It has some mostly lesser and external signs of wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Some scuffing with light peeling. **Photo#5: -Lower spine corner: Light scuffing. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear other than 2 vertical depressions that start near the spine corner 1 is tiny, the one closer to the spine travels ~1/2 down the cover lightly (photo#10 w/illumination).-Outer corner: Tiny scuff, goes lightly thru ~12 pages. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Light shelf-wear with a few tiny scuffs.-Outer corner: Crease/depression around it, goes very lightly thru pages. Small nearby page edge crease that does not extend thru pages. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Moderately sized depression around it. Tiny scuff at extreme corner, goes lightly thru pages. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Light if any shelf-wear. -Outer corner: Similar crease/depression as front cover's, tiny scuff at extreme corner that passes thru ~1/2 pages lightly. **Additionally: Back cover has tiny peel near page edge's middle (photo#11), and a small nearby scratch. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I both buy to read as well as sell TPBs on here, so I understand how aggravating it is to receive a comic damaged in transit.
