He preserved and revisited about 375 original and historical patterns signed by the Le Tallec's marks... Atelier Le Tallec was inducted as a member of the Grands Ateliers de France (the fifty best studios in France) in 2000.For your consideration, I am offering a rare - circa 1961 - hand-painted floral decor porcelain large Serving Dessert / Cake Plate / Round Rimmed Plateau or gorgeous enough to be displayed in your Cabinet (I'm sure this was meant for display rather than for practical use) and decorated by the Atelier Camille Le Tallec in Paris - in the exquisite flower center design and made in Paris, France...Painted on the purest of white china, the artist has used 24K gold to trim along the rim plus embossed gold designs on the mint green band - wonderfully painted flowers on white ground center showing a nice cluster of colorful flowers...The underside is fully marked, states handwritten in red "dessiné et peint entièrement peint à la main par Le Tallec à Paris France (in english states: drawn and painted entirely by hand by Le Tallec in Paris France)...in the blue Le Tallec mark and dated mark OO for the year 1961 and Artist initials "JJ"..Approximate size is 13 inches rim diameter..Light signs of previous use and vintage timeline should be expected - an excellent example - free of cracks, restoration - the surface looks nice - previosly owned but must have been for display purposes only....Any imperfectios seem to be craft related only..A true example of utter craftsmanship and talent.
