Description: Atlas Plymouth, Philadelphia & Baltimore Central Railroad,P & BC RR, #509, O SCALE 2 rail This engine is in excellent condition. Appears to be a well built custom engine for this railroad. Couplers as shown. This engine was test run around my track and it runs well.There appears to be some black paint on some of the flanges from a wheel paint job. It does clean off with alcohol. There are no railings included with this model.The P&BC RR was a smaller RR that ran it's main line from West Philadelphia, PA to Octoraro Branch, MD (close to Port Deposit).
