Description: This original Australian Aboriginal bark painting was purchased by My Wife's Grand Parents, back in the late 1980's when they were travelling in WESTERN AUSTRALIA. From My research, it appears to be a water colour or Acrylic on Native Tri Tree Bark, with a board backing, painted by a local Indigenous Artist by the name of "Simo". It depicts a scene of an Aboriginal with a spear, hunting two kangaroo's in the foreground. In the background appears the majestic sight of "ULURU" as known by the Locals. Previously known as Ayers Rock. One of Australia's most iconic landmarks. This Bark Painting measures 30 cm. X 20 cm. Which is large for bark Art. This Bark Art has been kept sealed in it's original wrap, which has protected it ALL these years. The successful Buyer I believe will NOT be disappointed when they see their purchase delivered. Might be a nice gift or present for yourself, if are an Overseas Tourist travelling in AUSTRALIA, to take Home with You. OR, even happy to safely wrap & post to anywhere in the World, for $48.50, for an Overseas Ebayer, wanting a nice piece of Australian culture to display. For Australian Buyers, I will safely pack & post in a padded Post Pack to anywhere in Australia for $15.00 with Tracking. Any questions, please email.
