"When the Commissar Commands!", script by Stan Lee, pencils by Don Heck, inks by Dick Ayers; The Reds (evil commies) led by the monstrous Commissar are enslaving the peaceful land of Sin-Cong; The Avengers travel to that land to aid the people. Commissar defeats them all except the Scarlet Witch who discovers and destroys the Commissar's control panel, ending him. Avengers Roll Call: Captain America, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, and the Scarlet Witch. Appearance by Edwin Jarvis. Villains: Major Hoy and the Communists oppressors of Sin Cong (first and only appearance). Cameo by Nick Fury. Letter to the editor from Ted White (the writer?).
