Awesome 1 11/16" Arkansas Hayes Arrowhead Point

Description: For sale is a thin & well made Hayes arrowhead point out of Pulaski Co, Arkansas that was found in 1984. It is a well made point with pressure flaking and very nice edgework. It has the classic Hayes style with a diamond shaped base & flaking barbes. The tan chert has a beautiful sand polish! This point is suggested to date in the Mississippian to Early Historic period from 1200BP to 600BP and would make a fine addition to any arrow point or Caddo point collection. Thank you for looking!
