All slides are smooth and valve compression is excellent. 2nd Slide pull tab has been soldered, solder work is solid and the horn plays great. Original case is in good condition showing exterior wear, horn comes with a Blessing 7C mouthpiece. (This is a $150 service for complete reconditioning at the shop)Horn is dis-assembled and inspected, soaked in an organic de-greasing solution and scrubbedBody, valves and components are treated in an organic chem clean with Tesch products (Tesch is recommended by NAPBIRT) Hand-lapped valves and chambers (This process can take up to an hour) Complete detail of all components, hot water scrubbed and prepped for assembly Valves aligned, pads and springs replaced as neededPlay tested and final inspected before listing for sale ***Clean your instrument regularly (especially lead-pipe and tuning slide) and have a chem-clean or ultrasonic clean done every two years. Vintage cases are all disinfected, cleaned and sanitized but there may be a residual horn smell in any old case.
