There are four black rubber feet. One foot for each corner of the scale. Screw the foot into the scale (clockwise) just far enough to get the scale level. Important! Screwing the foot in all the way will cause the end of the foot to touch the bottom of the platform and cause the scale not to weight correctly. 2. Press the ON button on the front panel for two seconds to turn on the scale. 3. Wait for the display to read “0.0” before putting weight on the scale.
