This little dictionary was offered as an advertising premium by the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company starting in 1922. During Prohibition, the company was forced to suspend its brewing operations, and founded Eline's Chocolate as a substitute business venture. The Milwaukee chocolate company continued until Prohibition was ended in the 1930s. First printed in 1922 this edition was updated and copyrighted in 1923. Very good vintage condition.
