This unit has been cleaned and handled in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Cosmetic Condition The transformer and light are in fair condition.The power cord has a nick in it, exposing the wire underneath.Please see the photos for more detail.No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the transformer and light by connecting them and plugging them in.The light intermittently powers on when switching intensity positions on the transformer. We were unable to get the light to stay on.It may just be a faulty bulb, but perhaps more likely has a fault that needs fixing.This is the full extent of the testing performed.
