Description: This is an original 1955 gold-colored metal (of unspecified composition) Bausch & Lomb Honorary Science Award in a book-like green hard cover, measuring approximately 3.5" X 4.75". Overall, the award is in good condition, with minor cosmetic flaws. As you'll see in my photos, the cover for the award has visible wear along its edges, the presentation flap inside has writing pertaining to the award recipient, and the metal award itself has a few minor contact marks, including a hairline scratch above the word "science."
