Exclusions to warranty: Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered under warranty. For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by warranty. Failures or defects caused by misuse. RETURNS POLICY Complete the return form and provide return reasons. If the part you received is faulty, we will refund postage up to £6.50. A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty. If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a collection and issue the appropriate replacement.
