There are no returns for our items unless stated otherwise. If we sell something NEW (unused) in sealed packaging… we assume it works. If it doesn’t, then YES - we will happily take the return/ refund your money and offer you a discount on your next order. What we know about the item (which is very little since we don’t have origin stories for them) is written on the SPEC SHEET. If you want full specs, use Google to find all the full details.
