Description: This is a very beautiful antique beaded purse measuring 7 1/2 x 10 1/2". It features a very artistic and charming colorful scene of a waterway with bridge, trees, a building and in the foreground a row of iris flowers. Both sides are identical and are both shown. The bottom is curved with perfect bead fringe. The embossed frame looks like silver or silver plate and could likely be polished if desired but I will leave that to the new owner. The lining has a little soil but is very nice with no rips- it looks like a moire taffeta. I could find no missing beads on the purse and just a very few missing next to the frame on both sides. The fastener works perfectly and closes with no gap. Wonderful collectible antique purse.
