Description: Good condition with no chips. Has crazing and a 2" spider line from the rim that shows on both sides. Measures about 8.25" x 10.25". Has an interesting and suspicious mark...appears to read "Minton#"...but this is no English plate. It's the work of one the many east Ohio potteries in the late 1800s-early 1900s...and sometimes those potteries would slap European-sounding stamps on their wares. Now mind you, that doesn't mean the Ohio wares were necessarily of low quality. Sometimes, they were of better quality. But. People do interesting things. Happy buying.
