It is hallmarked with the German crescent moon & crown marks along with the makers mark of Simon Rosenau who was active early 20th century. It has been superbly designed being cast with a classical scene of ancient Greece or Rome. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and gilded.
