Description: Available today is an original and very seldom seen 4th Calvary marked, and soldier initialed Civil War era leather carbine sling. The sling measures 59" from tip to tip and is very good condition with expected nicks to the leather and surface cracking as expected from an item of this age. This sling comes directly from the long term storage of a lifetime collectors estate. A hard to find period piece that is still in good condition for its age and would display very well.
