As far as the record and inlay conditions, I am not a professional record grader or even a skilled amateur, but this looks very good plus to me. I follow as closely as I can, the eBay record condition guidelines. I do not test records (no record player) and I don't attempt to clean them except for knocking dust off with a dry, no lint towel.
