It calls for .15 to .25 glow engine but It likely could be converted to electric. Using today’s radio equipment and 3 channels, I imagine this will be an easy and stable flyer with its dihedral and 700 sq in wing area and 14oz wing loading. Comes with huge full scale plans and building instructions and the classic lightening stripe J3 decal.
