Good very lightly used might have a few utensil marks, very light wear. Almost new, means I see no real signs of wear of any kind but won't sell as new. New means I know they are NEW. Unfortunately different monitor calibrations can have an impact on color and shade. The item may have appeared different in your monitor, but it matched mine. This is something out of my control. I have been packing breakables and dishes for years! I use fresh bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and as I pack thousands of dishes each year, I do it very well. However I use the postal service and at times they do not understand the word "FRAGILE", or they have seasonal workers. This is why I insure all boxes.
