Description: Here is a gorgeous combo specimen, with both bicolored Fluorite crystals(with both purple and green color zones), and Beryl crystals, from Erongo in Namibia. This is as close to Morganite as I've actually seem from Namibia. The label from the former collection indicates the Beryl crystals being "Goschenite"(colorless Beryl), which I will rest upon. Formerly in the Francis Hueber collection, who had a price on it for $150. Probably fair, due to the overall balance in this specimen. It might not be large, but the combination and formation of species, as well as the esthetics are excellent for the locality of Erongo. Beryl crystals have a tinge of pink color which seems ingrained in the crystals themselves, rather than being an iron oxide coating. In any case, the This specimen is 18 grams, or 5/8 oz. The size is 1.7 inch x 1 inch x 0.4 inch. Please be advised, I ship with Ground Advantage.
